What I Offer

I combine Kinesiology, Spinal Energetics, Reiki, Light Language and Holistic Coaching in a deeply intuitive, body-based approach to healing. With a nursing background and somatic awareness, I understand the impact of stress, sensitivity and emotional suppression on your system and how to lovingly unwind it.

Who I Work With

Most of my clients are women, mothers of young children, adult children or women navigating life transitions. Many feel sensitive, unseen, or like they’ve had to hold it all together for others.

I also occasionally work with men who feel aligned with this approach and are open to gentle, somatic-based energy healing.

Kids Soul Alignment

Kinesiology is a gentle modality and a great way for a child to feel involved in their wellbeing and healing. From holding crystals, wearing colour therapy glasses, children’s oracle cards and more.

Through muscle testing we can ask your child’s body what emotions it is holding onto, clear it out & create safety in body.

Cosmic Alignment - Online Group Sessions

Cosmic Alignment group sessions are a budget-friendly way to experience the transformative power of energy healing. These sessions are designed to help you release energetic blocks, soothe your nervous system, and reconnect with your true self, all from the comfort of your own home.

Attending every two weeks is a great way to start, especially if you’re new to this work. It gives you enough time to integrate the energy and deepen your connection while also allowing space for your nervous system to adjust and expand.

Online sessions are just as potent as in-person because energy is infinite, I can connect with you from anywhere in the world. In fact, group sessions are even more powerful as the energy of multiple participants creates a collective energy field, amplifying the healing and shifts over a larger distance.

Yes! Soul Alignment sessions are safe and supportive during pregnancy. In the first trimester, we focus on Reiki and Kinesiology to gently nurture your body and energy. From the second trimester onward, Spinal Energetics can also be incorporated.
These sessions are a beautiful way to support your nervous system as your body changes, helping you feel more grounded and balanced during pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery.
Movement during Spinal Energetics is a natural response as the body processes, unwinds, and integrates stored tension or trauma. However, movement is not the goal, each session is unique, and stillness can be just as powerful.
As the body builds trust with the modality and feels safe, its innate intelligence responds in the way it needs, whether through subtle shifts or visible movement. Every experience is valid and supports deep healing.
No, there is no physical discomfort. Any sensations that arise are expressions of unprocessed trauma or tension leaving the body, not pain. You don’t re-experience past trauma; instead, you witness and release it through movement, emotions, or energetic shifts. While the process can feel intense at times, sessions always meet you where you’re at, unfolding at a pace that feels safe for you and guided by your body’s innate intelligence.
After just one session, many feel lighter, more grounded, and more connected to themselves. With 3 to 5 sessions, you begin to build a relationship with the process, allowing for deeper trust, integration, and transformation, especially with somatic work.
